PB Health, backed by Policybazaar’s parent company PB Fintech Limited, has commenced hospital operations with the launch of its first 100-bed multispecialty facility in Gurugram, Haryana.

Located at IFFCO Chowk in DLF Phase 2, the hospital marks PB Health’s entry into physical healthcare delivery as the company works towards building a wider hospital network across India.

The newly opened facility will provide medical services across several specialties, including cardiology, neurosciences, orthopaedics, paediatrics, gastroenterology, gynaecology and urology. It will also offer minimally invasive and robotic surgical procedures.

Expansion Plans Across Delhi-NCR

The launch follows PB Health’s $218 million seed funding round in 2025, when the company outlined plans to develop a 1,200-bed hospital network across Delhi-NCR.

As part of its expansion strategy, PB Health is developing additional multispecialty hospitals with capacities ranging from 200 to 250 beds in the region.

Nationwide Hospital Network Strategy

Beyond Delhi-NCR, the company aims to expand its healthcare presence through a combination of directly owned hospitals, strategic acquisitions and franchise partnerships.

PB Health is also introducing a nationwide franchise model to collaborate with existing hospitals and extend its network into other regions.

The company’s recent acquisitions include Neo Hospital and Fitterfly, a digital health platform. These developments form part of PB Health’s broader strategy to establish a presence across hospital services and technology-enabled healthcare.
