The sixth edition of HOSPEX Healthcare Expo 2026 is set to take place from September 24 to 26 at Chakolas Pavilion Event Centre in Kochi, bringing together stakeholders from across the healthcare and medical technology sectors.
The three-day exhibition will feature doctors, hospital executives, healthcare professionals, medical administrators, entrepreneurs, medical device manufacturers, diagnostic companies and technology providers.
Healthcare infrastructure and technology in focus
Held under the theme “Future of Healthcare,” the expo will showcase developments across digital health, medical devices, diagnostics, medical tourism and wellness.
A key focus of the exhibition will be healthcare facility development. The event is expected to provide healthcare organisations planning new facilities or upgrading existing ones with access to solutions related to medical equipment, laboratory systems, hospital infrastructure, digital technologies, procurement and facility management.
Hospitals, clinics and diagnostic centres will also have opportunities to explore technologies aimed at modernising their operations and expanding specialised services.
AI and specialised industry sessions
The exhibition will be accompanied by conferences, seminars and workshops covering emerging areas of healthcare. The AI in Healthcare Conclave – 3rd Edition will focus on the growing application of artificial intelligence in healthcare.
Other sessions will address smart healthcare facilities, clinical laboratories, biomedical engineering, hospital procurement and medical tourism.
The expo will also provide a platform for startups and entrepreneurs to present their healthcare solutions and engage with potential industry partners.
HOSPEX Awards to recognise healthcare contributions
The HOSPEX Awards will recognise contributions across healthcare innovation, technology, entrepreneurship and service delivery. Award categories include Lifetime Achievement, Women Healthcare Entrepreneur, Healthcare Startup of the Year, Medical Technology Innovation, Smart Hospital Excellence, Patient Experience, Healthcare Manufacturer of the Year and Budding Innovator.
The event will additionally host Medical Tourism Awards by Medical Tourism and Ayurveda Magazine, recognising contributions to medical tourism and medical value travel.
Platform for healthcare-industry engagement
With healthcare organisations increasingly adopting digital systems, advanced medical technologies and specialised infrastructure, HOSPEX 2026 will provide a forum for interaction between healthcare providers, technology companies, manufacturers and service providers.
Organisers said previous editions attracted thousands of participants from more than 20 countries. The 2026 edition is expected to continue the focus on technology adoption, healthcare infrastructure development and industry collaboration in the region.
