CK Birla Hospital has promoted Dr. Davy Jindal to the position of Vice President recognizing his significant contributions to the hospital’s strategic growth, operational excellence and organizational transformation. Prior to his elevation, Dr. Jindal served as the Unit Head where he played a key role in strengthening hospital performance, expanding clinical capabilities and enhancing the delivery of quality patient care.
With more than 11 years of experience in healthcare management, hospital operations, corporate strategy and clinical practice, Dr. Jindal has built a strong track record of leading business transformation initiatives across leading healthcare institutions. At CK Birla Hospital, he joined in 2023 as Assistant Vice President – Growth & Strategy before being promoted to Unit Head in 2025 where he was responsible for overseeing hospital operations and driving performance improvements.
Before joining CK Birla Hospital, Dr. Jindal served as General Manager – Business Operations & Development at Artemis Hospitals where he worked closely with the leadership team on strategic business initiatives and operational excellence. Earlier he held senior positions at Shalby Limited, including Deputy Chief Administrative Officer and Deputy General Manager – Corporate Strategy, contributing to hospital administration, business development and corporate planning. He also gained clinical experience as a Resident Medical Officer at Max Healthcare and worked as a Drug Safety Physician with PAREXEL International Services India Pvt. Ltd., providing him with a unique blend of clinical and administrative expertise.
Academically Dr. Jindal has strengthened his leadership credentials by completing the Executive Post Graduate Programme (ePGP) in Business Administration and Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM Ahmedabad), equipping him with advanced strategic and management skills. In his new role as Vice President Dr. Jindal will lead the hospital’s strategic growth initiatives, drive operational excellence, strengthen patient-centric healthcare delivery and support the organization’s long-term vision of delivering world-class clinical outcomes. His appointment reflects CK Birla Hospital’s continued focus on strengthening leadership to support future expansion and innovation in healthcare services.
