Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital, Noida Extension, has appointed Dr. Prahlad Agarwal as its Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Dr Agarwal brings with him extensive experience in healthcare management, hospital operations, clinical administration, strategic planning and patient care services. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in driving operational excellence, improving healthcare delivery and supporting institutional growth across leading healthcare organizations.
Prior to joining Yatharth Super Speciality Hospitals, he served in several senior leadership roles at Dharamshila Narayana Superspeciality Hospital, including Director of Operations (Medical and Non-Medical), Senior Medical Superintendent and Head of Medical Operations. He also held the position of Clinical Lead for the NCR region at Narayana Health.
His professional journey includes leadership assignments at Max Super Speciality Hospital, Max Institute of Health Education and Research and EY, where he contributed to healthcare operations, skill development initiatives and healthcare consulting.
In addition, Dr Agarwal has worked with organizations such as Urgent Care (AapKa Urgicare Pvt. Ltd.), Croydon Health Services NHS Trust, Kailash Healthcare Ltd and Max Healthcare, gaining diverse experience in clinical practice, healthcare consulting, operational management and strategic leadership.
