Yashoda Hospitals has appointed Hitesh Dhaddha as Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) strengthening its senior leadership team as the healthcare group looks to drive its next phase of growth, strategic expansion and value creation. Dhaddha will have a broad corporate mandate covering strategic finance, corporate strategy, growth initiatives, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital markets and investor relations. His appointment comes as healthcare providers increasingly focus on capital allocation, expansion and strategic transactions to build scale in India’s rapidly growing hospital sector.
Dhaddha brings nearly two decades of experience across strategic finance, capital markets, M&A, investor relations and business transformation. Before joining Yashoda Hospitals he served as Chief Investor Relations & M&A Officer and Executive Committee Member at Aster DM Healthcare, India, where he was involved in several significant strategic initiatives, including the Aster DM Healthcare-Quality Care India combination and the separation of Aster’s India and GCC businesses.
Prior to Aster, Dhaddha held senior positions at Piramal Group, where his responsibilities included investor relations and ESG. During his tenure, he was associated with major corporate transactions, including the Piramal Group demerger, the acquisition of DHFL and large-scale equity and debt fundraises. Earlier in his career, he worked with Vedanta Group, ITC and the Tata Group building expertise in financial controls, audit, investor relations and corporate finance.
Dhaddha is a Chartered Accountant and an alumnus of Harvard Business School. His professional background combines financial management with corporate strategy, capital raising, M&A and stakeholder management, positioning him to play a wider role beyond traditional finance functions at Yashoda Hospitals. The appointment also reflects the increasing importance of strategic finance within India’s organised healthcare sector. Hospital groups are pursuing capacity expansion, technology investments, acquisitions and other growth initiatives, making financial strategy and capital allocation increasingly central to long-term business plans.
