TISHHA Consultants LLP successfully organized the second edition of Nursarium – The Nursing Principals’ Summit 2025 at Hyatt Regency, Lucknow. The summit brought together principals and senior faculty members from leading nursing colleges across Lucknow, Kanpur, and neighboring regions.
The event commenced with a warm welcome and opening remarks by Mr. Manish Vaishnav, Founder of TISHHA, who also introduced the vision and mission of the organization.
The first discussion session, centered on the theme “Low Engagement in Reading & Writing: Strategies to Cultivate Lifelong Literacy”, was chaired by Mrs. Dipti Shukla, Principal of Samarpan Institute of Nursing and Vice President of TNAI UP Chapter.

After the break, the second session began with the topic “Low Resilience & Coping Skills: Building Grit & Perseverance in Academic Life.” All participants actively engaged in sharing their experiences and perspectives on nurturing mental strength and perseverance among students.
The gathering was also informed about the upcoming National Conference on Nursing Excellence and Leadership, scheduled for July 13.
The event concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by Mrs. Sugandh Khandelwal, Co-Founder of TISHHA, who expressed gratitude to all the participants and partners.
The event was efficiently coordinated with the support of TNAI, QAI, and EDME, and the dedicated efforts of the TISHHA team, including Mr. Mushahid Rafat, Mr. Sujeet Singh, and Mrs. Komila Sharma.
