TISHHA Consultants LLP, one of India’s fast-growing healthcare consulting outfits, has made a move that signals its next phase of expansion. Effective July 2026, the firm has appointed Mr. Pramod Panigrahi as Director & Partner handing the reins of marketing strategy, business development and digital transformation to a leader with more than twenty years of building businesses across media and technology.
For a sector where hospitals, medical colleges, and diagnostic centres are racing to modernize under mounting pressure to meet NABH and NABL accreditation standards and roll out ABDM-compliant digital health records the timing of this appointment is no accident. TISHHA is clearly positioning itself to capture that wave, and it’s betting on Panigrahi’s cross-industry playbook to do it.
Panigrahi’s résumé reads less like a typical healthcare-consulting hire and more like a growth specialist’s dossier. Before joining TISHHA, he held top leadership roles across several national and regional media networks, spanning television, digital, and outdoor marketing. Over the years, he drove multi-channel revenue growth, opened new markets, and built high-performing teams experience TISHHA is now aiming squarely at the healthcare ecosystem. In his new role, Panigrahi will work directly with hospitals, investors, technology partners, architects, and healthcare entrepreneurs helping them navigate everything from hospital planning and design to accreditation, HMIS implementation, branding, and long-term strategic growth.
It’s an end-to-end mandate, and it reflects how TISHHA has positioned itself: not just as advisors, but as long-term partners in building healthcare institutions that can actually scale.
The company’s founders were quick to welcome the move. Mr. Manish Vaishnav, Founder and Director, said Panigrahi’s diverse experience in business strategy, sales leadership, and strategic partnerships would further strengthen the company’s mission of delivering innovative healthcare consulting solutions and support healthcare organizations across India in achieving operational and clinical excellence.
Co-Founder and Director Sugandh Khandelwal echoed the sentiment, calling the appointment a valuable asset as the firm continues to expand its healthcare consulting footprint nationally. “His vision and leadership will strengthen our mission of delivering innovative, sustainable, and technology-driven solutions to healthcare organizations,” Khandelwal said, adding that the team looks forward to “creating a greater impact in the healthcare sector.” The excitement extended beyond the founders’ desk.
Mushahid Rafat, Managing Editor, called it a matter of great pleasure to have Panigrahi join TISHHA, adding that he is confident the new Director will give the company “new wings to soar higher.” The appointment lands at a moment when India’s healthcare infrastructure is under real pressure to modernize fast and it marks another deliberate step in TISHHA’s expansion as a comprehensive healthcare consulting and management solutions provider, one hire clearly designed to accelerate what comes next.
