Siddharth Pai Takes On New Global Leadership Role at Hamilton Medical

Hamilton Medical has promoted Siddharth Pai, formerly its National Marketing Manager & SWA, to the position of Global Partner Marketing Manager, reflecting the company’s expanded global ambitions and renewed focus on strategic marketing and distribution partnerships. Pai brings to the role an academic background in Biomedical Engineering and Rehabilitation Management from the University of Surrey, along with additional credentials from a professional program at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM).  

In his new capacity, Pai will lead collaboration with area sales managers (ASMs) and distribution partners globally identifying regional opportunities, shaping marketing tactics, and defining strategic objectives to expand Hamilton Medical’s footprint across markets.

The appointment underscores Hamilton Medical’s growth strategy at a time when demand for advanced critical-care and ventilation solutions is rising across healthcare systems worldwide. With Pai at the helm of global partner marketing, the company aims to strengthen its global distribution network, align market operations, and enhance outreach to hospitals and care providers.
