Sarvodaya Healthcare has acquired Nayati Hospital in Mathura through the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) process after receiving approval from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). The move is aimed at enhancing access to advanced tertiary healthcare services in western Uttar Pradesh.

Following the acquisition, Sarvodaya Healthcare’s total bed capacity has increased from 800 to 1,200 beds across its network. The Mathura-based facility, with 400 beds, will now be managed by Sarvodaya Healthcare and is expected to be fully operational by June 2026.

The hospital will offer a range of super-speciality services including cardiology and cardiac surgery, oncology, orthopaedics and joint replacement, neurosciences, gastroenterology, and critical care. Sarvodaya Healthcare also plans to obtain national accreditations such as NABH and NABL to ensure high standards of quality and safety.

The facility is equipped with 100 ICU beds, nine modular operation theatres, advanced diagnostic facilities, and round-the-clock emergency and trauma care services. The group intends to invest in upgrading technology, enhancing clinical infrastructure, and bringing in specialist doctors to support the hospital’s revival.

Rakesh Gupta, Group Chairman of Sarvodaya Healthcare, said the acquisition reflects the organisation’s commitment to providing world-class, affordable, and compassionate healthcare. He added that the hospital has been designed as a comprehensive super-speciality centre with modern operation theatres, advanced patient wards, dedicated critical care units, and 24×7 emergency services.

With this development, Sarvodaya Healthcare now operates a total of 1,200 beds across its facilities, supported by 29 operation theatres, 275 ICU beds, and a workforce of over 5,500 healthcare professionals. The group continues to expand its footprint across North India, strengthening its presence beyond Delhi-NCR and improving access to specialised medical care in growing urban centres.
