Pharmaceutical giant Sanofi India has announced the appointment of Deepak Arora as its new Managing Director, effective October 27, 2025, following the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and subject to necessary shareholder and Central Government approvals.
In his new role, Arora will lead Sanofi India’s strategic direction in alignment with the company’s global vision, focusing on enhancing innovation, organizational agility, and operational excellence across all business functions. He will also play a key role in strengthening Sanofi’s commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I), ensuring these principles are deeply embedded in the company’s culture.
With over three decades of experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, Arora has a strong track record in commercial leadership, sales and marketing, and general management. His career includes driving acquisitions and delivering consistent, sustainable growth for leading multinational corporations.
