Redcliffe Labs has appointed seasoned healthcare executive Ramesh Krishnan as an Independent Director on its Board, effective August 2026. The move comes as the diagnostics company enters a new phase of expansion, with a focus on integrated healthcare, technology-led diagnostics and preventive care.
Experienced Healthcare Leader Joins Redcliffe Board
Krishnan brings more than 30 years of experience across healthcare services, hospital operations, private equity-backed businesses and international healthcare markets. His expertise spans healthcare strategy, mergers and acquisitions, capital allocation, governance, business transformation and operational excellence.
From Diagnostics to Integrated Healthcare
Redcliffe Labs has built a network of more than 80 laboratories and 2,000 collection centres across India. The company is now working to integrate pathology and radiology with technology-enabled healthcare and preventive services, aiming to create a more connected diagnostic and clinical care ecosystem.
Strong Healthcare and Boardroom Experience
Krishnan is the Founder and CEO of Medagg Healthcare and also serves as Executive Director at Rela Institute and Medical Centre. Earlier, he served as CEO and Head of Middle East and South Asia at Parkway Pantai, part of IHH Healthcare.
During his tenure with Fortis Healthcare, he handled operations across Singapore, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Dubai, Sri Lanka and Mauritius. He has also worked as Operating Partner at Everstone Capital’s healthcare services platform.
More Than 20 Healthcare Boards
Over his career, Krishnan has served on more than 20 boards, including Gleneagles Development, Continental Hospitals, Apollo Gleneagles Hospitals and Sahyadri Hospitals. He currently serves as an Independent Director at Yatharth Super Speciality Hospitals.
His experience in acquisitions, post-merger integration, governance and scaling healthcare businesses is expected to support Redcliffe Labs as it expands its integrated healthcare platform.

Redcliffe Labs Founder and CEO Aditya Kandoi said the healthcare sector is moving towards integrated, technology-enabled care that supports earlier diagnosis, stronger clinical decision-making and proactive health management. He said Krishnan’s operating experience and board-level expertise would add significant value as the company enters its next phase of growth.

Krishnan’s Academic Credentials
Krishnan holds an Advanced Management Program in Healthcare Delivery from Harvard Business School, a Master’s degree in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade and a Bachelor’s degree from Annamalai University.
His appointment is expected to further strengthen Redcliffe Labs’ governance and strategic capabilities as the company expands its diagnostic services, technology investments and preventive healthcare offerings across India.
