Redcliffe Labs appointed Dr Sonal Saxena as Director-Lab operations. In her new role, Dr Saxena will oversee laboratory operations across the company’s nationwide network, focusing on strengthening technical processes, quality systems, and accreditation standards. She will play a key role in enhancing the organisation’s ability to deliver reliable, patient-centric diagnostic services while supporting its expansion across India.
Bringing over 25 years of experience in pathology and laboratory medicine, Dr Saxena has extensive expertise in clinical diagnostics, setting up reference laboratories, and operational leadership. She has previously held senior positions at organisations such as Dr Lal PathLabs, Apollo Clinic, Alchemist Hospital, and Diagno Labs. As a trained ISO 15189 assessor, she has contributed to achieving key accreditations including NABL, CAP, and ISO standards in her earlier roles.
Commenting on the appointment, Aditya Kandoi said the diagnostics sector is increasingly becoming central to proactive healthcare. He added that Dr Saxena’s expertise in laboratory operations and accreditation will support the company’s efforts to expand its reach and maintain high standards of quality and accessibility.
Dr Saxena noted that the company is contributing significantly to the shift toward preventive healthcare. With a network of over 80 laboratories and more than 2,200 collection centres across 220+ cities, she expressed her intent to further strengthen laboratory capabilities, improve early disease detection, and ensure a seamless diagnostic experience for patients.
