The Rajesh Singh Dayal Foundation on Tuesday (November 2) revealed its plan to build a 600-bed multi-speciality hospital in Lucknow with an investment of ₹50 crore.

Foundation president and health expert Rajesh Dayal said the new facility will play a major role in improving healthcare services in the region and aligns with the foundation’s objective of making quality medical care both accessible and affordable.

Ahead of the hospital’s inauguration, the foundation, in partnership with Shri Gorakhnath Hospital and Research Centre, organised a large free medical camp in Deoria. The initiative saw participation from specialist doctors, including experts from AIIMS, and provided healthcare services to over 1,500 people in a single day.

The foundation also announced plans to hold similar free medical camps in several other districts of Uttar Pradesh in the coming months.

Once operational, the upcoming hospital is expected to boost the healthcare infrastructure of the region significantly, Dayal added.
