Residents of Rajasthan can now avail cashless treatment of up to ₹25 lakh at nearly 31,000 government and private hospitals across India, covering procedures from minor surgeries to critical illnesses.

To access the benefits, individuals must possess a Mukhyamantri Ayushman Arogya (MAA) Scheme Card. Hospitals verify patient details digitally, and treatment begins after approval from the Rajasthan State Health Assurance Agency.

The scheme covers treatments such as PTCA, chronic haemodialysis, kidney stone removal, laparoscopic procedures, and cesarean deliveries. Within the first three months, over 1,000 patients have already sought treatment outside the state.

The Chief Minister Ayushman Arogya Yojana has been integrated with Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana, enabling beneficiaries to access services nationwide. While PM-JAY provides coverage up to ₹5 lakh, Rajasthan beneficiaries receive enhanced coverage up to ₹25 lakh.

The scheme has also expanded its scope, increasing treatment packages from 1,806 to 2,179 and empanelled hospitals from 1,761 to 1,945.

Inter-state portability has been introduced, allowing patients to seek treatment beyond Rajasthan. So far, more than 1,000 beneficiaries have received care across hospitals in 15 states.
