Practo Reshuffles Top leadership, Names Jagnoor Singh CEO

Healthcare technology platform Practo has announced a leadership rejig as it prepares for its next phase of domestic and international expansion.

Under the new structure, founder and CEO Shashank ND Singh has been elevated to Managing Director and Executive Chairman. Jagnoor Singh, who was previously Chief Operating Officer, has taken over as Chief Executive Officer, effective September 1, 2026.

Shashank will continue to oversee Practo’s overall vision, product and strategy, while focusing on long-term innovation, capital strategy, inorganic growth and corporate development.

Jagnoor Singh, who joined Practo as COO in January 2025, will lead the company’s overall strategy, growth and operations across its global markets. Before joining Practo, he held senior roles at Bharti Airtel, Unacademy and OYO.

The company has also expanded the responsibilities of several senior leaders:

Practo said the leadership changes come amid strong business momentum, with the company reporting 40% year-on-year growth and profitability for the past two and a half years.

The company is also expanding its consumer platform in the UAE and the US. Practo said its network now includes more than 700,000 doctors and healthcare providers, serving millions of patients globally.

The expanded leadership team will focus on international growth, strengthening Practo’s role across the healthcare ecosystem and integrating AI capabilities into its products and services.
