Park Medi World Limited has announced the acquisition of 100 per cent stake in The Medicity Hospital through an all-cash deal worth ₹177 crore.
The acquisition will mark Park Group’s entry into Uttarakhand, taking its footprint to six states across North India.
The Medicity Hospital is a multi-super speciality healthcare facility with a capacity of 330 beds.
According to the company, the move aligns with its expansion strategy aimed at improving operational synergies and leveraging opportunities in high-growth yet underserved regions.
Dr. Ankit Gupta, Managing Director of Park Medi World Ltd, said the acquisition represents a major step in the group’s vision of building a world-class healthcare network across North India.
