Park Medi World has expanded its hospital network in North India through a series of acquisitions, adding around 810 beds to its capacity. The expansion spans Delhi NCR, Uttar Pradesh, and Punjab and is part of the company’s broader plan to build a multi-region hospital platform across the northern states.

The company acquired KP Institute of Medical Sciences in Agra, Febris Multispeciality Hospital in New Delhi, and Krishna Super-speciality Hospital in Punjab through all-cash transactions. With these additions, Park Medi World said it is progressing toward its stated target of crossing 5,000 beds by FY28.

According to the company, the acquisitions are aligned with a structured expansion framework rather than standalone deals. Each hospital was evaluated based on factors such as regional presence, clinical offerings, readiness for integration, and long-term operational compatibility.

The company’s growth strategy focuses on developing an integrated hospital network with standardised operational processes, clinical protocols, and resource utilisation across locations. Park Medi World stated that this model is intended to support consistency in care delivery, governance, cost management, and the deployment of clinical teams across its facilities.

In Western Uttar Pradesh, the addition of a multi-super-speciality hospital is expected to expand access to tertiary care services. The acquisitions in Delhi NCR increase the company’s presence in urban and peri-urban markets, while the move to full ownership of a hospital in Punjab is aimed at strengthening operational alignment within the network.

Commenting on the expansion, Dr Ankit Gupta, Managing Director, Park Medi World Limited, said the company is pursuing growth through a defined roadmap focused on clinical standards, governance, and long-term sustainability.

Park Medi World stated that its expansion plans include a mix of acquisitions, greenfield developments, and operational optimisation, with continued emphasis on governance, financial oversight, and patient care delivery.
