Position Overview
The Nursing Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the nursing operations within the hospital, ensuring the delivery of excellent patient care, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Management: The Nursing Superintendent will lead the nursing team, manage departmental operations, and ensure that all nursing practices align with hospital policies and healthcare standards.
- Regulatory Compliance: The role requires extensive knowledge of NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers) standards. The Nursing Superintendent will be responsible for ensuring that the hospital meets and exceeds NABH accreditation requirements.
