MP Govt to Establish 50-Bed AYUSH Hospitals Across 12 Districts

The Madhya Pradesh government has approved the establishment of 50-bed AYUSH hospitals in 12 districts, along with a 30-bed facility in Barwdi. For these hospitals, 373 posts including Class-I, Class-II and Class-III roles and 806 human resource service positions have been sanctioned to ensure smooth functioning. These appointments will be managed under the National AYUSH Mission.

The Cabinet also approved changes to the PM Krishak Mitra Surya Yojana, allowing farmers to opt for solar pumps of the next higher capacity than their current sanctioned level.

Mission Vatsalya’s Non-Institutional Service Scheme, covering Sponsorship, Foster Care and After Care, has been extended for five years. Eligible children will continue to receive ₹4,000 per month, and those exiting childcare institutions at 18 will be connected to skill-based training.

Additionally, recruitment and service rules for the MP Science and Technology Council were approved, along with the extension of 7th Pay Commission pay scales to Medico-Legal Institution officers, effective from January 1, 2016. The Cabinet also sanctioned nine new posts for the newly formed District Legal Services Authority in Agra-Malwa.
