- Overview of statutory and licenses, renewal of agreements.
Cost Management
Operational efficiency
Optimization, out of drug formulary item monitoring, conduct regular audits of stores, and analyzing positive and negative variations, GRN delays, reusability of items as per SOP and analysis of consumption against best practices. - Coordinate for NABH surveillance audit and post audit closure report for non compliances
