Lords Mark India has acquired an 85% stake in Bengaluru-based Renalyx Health Systems, with plans to raise its ownership to 92% by March 2026. Despite the acquisition, the company confirmed that Renalyx will continue operating as an independent unit.

Renalyx Health Systems is the creator of Renalyx promoted as the world’s first AI-driven, Made-in-India sustained low-efficiency dialysis (SLED) machine. Its flagship product, the RxT 21, is an AI- and IoT-enabled smart haemodialysis system offering remote monitoring, seamless clinical connectivity, real-time data access, compatibility with telenephrology platforms and multiple built-in patient safety mechanisms.

The ISO- and CE-certified RxT 21 integrates with the DNP database for centre management and features cloud-based EMR storage, one-touch dialysis initiation, an ICU-ready SLED mode, personalised treatment prescriptions, Kt/V adequacy tracking, single-needle dialysis capability, an endotoxin removal filter, and advanced sodium and ultrafiltration profiling.

Production of the dialysis units will be carried out in partnership with Bharat Electronics, following Lords Mark’s receipt of a manufacturing licence in September 2025.

Commenting on the development, Sachidanand Upadhyay, Managing Director and CEO of Lords Mark Industries, said the acquisition underscores the company’s push towards strengthening India’s MedTech and diagnostics landscape. “By joining hands with Renalyx, we aim to improve access to advanced dialysis and position India as a global MedTech manufacturing hub. Our ambition is to take this innovation worldwide so every patient can receive safe, efficient and affordable care,” he noted.

He further highlighted the company’s progress in 2025, including a USD 1 million export of contactless remote patient monitoring solutions and AI-based early warning systems to the US in April. The MedTech division now offers several advanced solutions such as TuBerculoScope (an AI-enabled tuberculosis diagnostic tool), an Aluminium Visual Detection Kit, an Extracellular Acidity Analyser, Smart E-Clinics, and Dozee a contactless AI-powered ICU monitoring system, among others.
