Renowned educator and YouTuber Khan Sir has unveiled an ambitious healthcare mission for Bihar, beginning with the establishment of dialysis centres in each district. The initiative, aimed at tackling urgent medical needs in rural areas, started from August 04. It forms part of a phased plan to introduce high-quality, affordable medical services timed with major festivals.

The calendar includes a high-tech blood bank opening on the first day of Navratri, the inauguration of a private hospital during Diwali, and the launch of a diagnostic centre around Chhath. Each facility is designed to cater to patients from rural and low-income backgrounds, who often face high treatment costs and limited access to advanced care.

By tying facility launches to culturally significant festivals, Khan Sir aims to make healthcare access both memorable and meaningful. The dialysis centres will feature advanced machines sourced from Germany and Japan, offering international-level treatment for kidney patients, who currently pay about ₹4,000 per session roughly ₹50,000 per month. With centres in every district, patients will no longer need to travel to urban hubs like Patna for dialysis.

The upcoming blood bank will utilise cutting-edge Japanese technology, while the hospital will provide treatment and medicines at government-prescribed prices. The diagnostic centre will feature precision German equipment for comprehensive testing services.

Faizal Khan popularly known as Khan Sir rose to fame through his widely watched educational videos. Now, using his platform and resources, he is stepping into the healthcare space to bridge Bihar’s glaring service gaps. The projects are being funded through his educational ventures, ensuring that affordability does not come at the cost of quality or technology.

Land has already been acquired in Bhojpur district for the hospital and related infrastructure, signalling Khan Sir’s long-term vision to develop sustainable healthcare hubs across the state.
