The Bareilly Chapter of the Indian Industries Association (IIA) has conferred the Young Entrepreneur Award 2025 on Sandeep Tiwari, Chief Executive Officer of financial consulting firm Capital Crafter, in recognition of his leadership and entrepreneurial achievements.
The award was presented at a ceremony held at Rajwada Hotel in Bareilly on December 27, 2025. Capital Crafter provides a wide range of services including project consultancy, financial advisory, retail loan advisory and wealth management to clients across key sectors such as healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, real estate, infrastructure and trading. The firm is also actively working with healthcare institutions, hospitals and allied services, supporting their financial structuring, expansion and sustainability initiatives. Under Tiwari’s leadership, the company has established a distinct identity in a relatively short span of time.
Tiwari brings over two decades of experience in the banking sector. After delivering distinguished services for nearly 20 years, he founded Capital Crafter in 2023.
Known for its ability to address new-age economic challenges and complex financial issues, Capital Crafter has, within just two-and-a-half years, managed a total debt portfolio exceeding ₹3,000 crore for more than 100 corporate and MSME clients. In addition, the firm has managed wealth management for more than 50 clients.
Expansion has remained a key priority for Capital Crafter since its inception. The company established an office on Barakhamba Road in New Delhi last year and expanded its footprint in Lucknow recently.
Congratulating Tiwari, IIA National President Dinesh Goyal praised his energy and vision, and extended best wishes for his future endeavours. Accepting the honour, Tiwari said the award represents a significant responsibility and motivates him to strive for even higher standards of performance.
