CK Birla Hospitals has appointed Dr. Suhasani Jain as its new Zonal Head – Medical Services, expanding her responsibilities across the hospital network. In her new role, she will lead medical services with a focus on strengthening clinical quality, patient safety, operational performance, healthcare delivery, and overall standards of care while supporting the organization’s long-term growth.
Dr. Suhasani brings more than 15 years of experience in healthcare leadership, hospital administration, clinical operations, and medical services. Over the course of her career, she has built expertise in hospital management, quality accreditation, patient-focused care, and operational improvement. She has successfully led multidisciplinary teams and introduced initiatives aimed at enhancing clinical outcomes and organizational efficiency.
Since joining CK Birla Hospitals in 2021 as Medical Superintendent, Dr. Suhasani has been instrumental in reinforcing clinical governance, streamlining operational workflows, and elevating patient care standards. She has also played a key role in driving quality improvement programmes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading hospital accreditation initiatives while fostering a culture of excellence across clinical and medical teams. Her contributions have supported the hospital’s commitment to delivering ethical, accessible, and high-quality healthcare services.
Before joining CK Birla Hospitals, Dr. Suhasani served as Facility Director at Surya Mother and Child Hospital in Jaipur, where she managed hospital operations and strengthened both clinical and administrative functions. Prior to that, she spent more than six years with Lineage Healthcare Ltd., holding several leadership positions, including General Manager – Cocoon, Senior Manager, and Manager – Data & Resources. During this tenure, she gained extensive experience in healthcare administration, hospital operations, resource management, and organizational planning.
Earlier in her career, she worked as Incharge Operations at SMRC VIVUS Hospital and began her professional journey as a Resident Doctor at Fortis Escorts, laying a strong clinical foundation before moving into hospital leadership roles.
The elevation of Dr. Suhasani Jain reflects CK Birla Hospitals’ focus on developing internal leadership and reinforcing its medical leadership team as it continues to enhance clinical excellence and patient care across its network.
