Strategic Responsibilities

Setting Performance Standards

The Centre Manager will work closely with Cluster Heads and Corporate leaders to establish performance standards for the centre. These standards must align with the organization’s strategic plans, ensuring that the centre meets its goals effectively.


Conducting Regular Analysis

Regular analysis of the centre’s operations will be crucial. Identifying trends and collaborating with the Corporate Medical & Quality team will help in formulating and implementing appropriate action plans. This continuous monitoring ensures that the centre operates efficiently and meets the highest standards of care.


Operational Responsibilities

Achieving Financial Targets

One of the key responsibilities of the Centre Manager will be to devise and implement action plans aimed at achieving the financial targets of the centre. This includes developing strategies to optimize revenue and minimize costs, thereby contributing to the overall profitability of the centre.


Strengthening Relationships with Surgeons

Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing surgeons is essential. The Centre Manager will engage in constant doctor engagement initiatives to ensure long-lasting professional relationships. This not only aids in retaining top talent but also enhances the quality of care provided to patients.


Building New Business Relationships

In addition to maintaining existing relationships, the Centre Manager will be responsible for building new business relationships with doctors, facilitators, and other key stakeholders. These efforts are crucial for increasing the centre’s revenue and expanding its reach within the community.


Sales and Marketing Initiatives

Coordinating with the centre-level sales team to establish the Centre for Sight brand in the local area is another important task. This includes executing various below-the-line (BTL) sales and marketing campaigns, as well as above-the-line (ATL) marketing efforts. These initiatives are designed to increase brand awareness and attract new patients to the centre.


Lead Capturing and Conversion

Ensuring the implementation and supervision of business lead capturing and conversions is a critical operational responsibility. The Centre Manager will oversee these processes to maximize the centre’s growth and success.


Enhancing Patient Experience

Patient Interaction and Engagement

A major focus of the Centre Manager’s role is to continuously enhance the patient experience. This involves regular interactions with patients to understand their needs and expectations. By actively engaging with patients, the Centre Manager can implement changes and improvements that enhance satisfaction and care quality.


Knowledge of P&L and EBITDA

A sound understanding of Profit and Loss (P&L) statements and Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA) is required. This financial acumen will enable the Centre Manager to make informed decisions that positively impact the centre’s financial health.
