Ujala Cygnus has appointed Arun Sharma as Unit Head, adding an experienced hospital operations professional to its leadership team. In his new role, Sharma will oversee key areas including hospital operations, financial performance, revenue growth, patient experience, quality management and strategic initiatives.
His responsibilities will also include improving operational efficiency, supporting capacity expansion, developing service lines and strengthening relationships with patients and other stakeholders.
Sharma brings experience spanning hospital operations and quality management. Before joining Ujala Cygnus, he held the positions of General Manager – Operations and Deputy General Manager – Operations at Park Group of Hospitals. He previously served as Group Senior Manager – Quality, working on hospital quality systems, accreditation processes, standard operating procedures and performance improvement initiatives.
His professional background combines operational management with quality and accreditation expertise, supporting his new responsibilities across hospital performance and strategic development.
