Apollo HealthCo, the omnichannel healthcare arm of Apollo Hospitals, aims to become a ₹30,000 crore business in the next 5–6 years. Backed by its vast retail presence, digital expansion, and cost control, the company is targeting strong and sustainable growth.

Executive Chairperson Shobana Kamineni said the goal is to match retail giants like DMart, with an expected EBITDA margin of over 8% and strong customer loyalty. Apollo HealthCo, which merged its digital arm Apollo 24/7 with Keimed in 2024, was valued at ₹22,481 crore post-merger.

In FY25, the company posted ₹9,093 crore in revenue, with Apollo 24/7 contributing over ₹3,000 crore in GMV. The digital platform is expected to turn profitable by Q4 FY26. Daily users grew to over 8.2 lakh, and are projected to reach 1 million by September.

With over 6,600 offline pharmacies and a growing digital footprint, Apollo HealthCo is leveraging AI for personalized care and has expanded into quick medicine delivery and insurance distribution. Kamineni believes their integrated online-offline model positions them for long-term leadership in the healthcare sector.
