Job Description:
- End to End coordination with the employees regarding consultation through video conferencing and the phone call (app based)
- Coordinate with doctors regarding consultation and schedule an appointment for the same.
- Explain the process and protocol for consultation to the employee.
- Well versed with excel and writing emails.
- Must Possess strong communication skills, critical thinking and a deep understanding of the medical terminology and practices.
- Maintain the record of all the consultation and able to present data when required.
- OHC visit on need basis as a replacement of OHC nurse.
- Prepare and upload roaster of OHC nurse.
- Prepare and upload roaster of OHC nurse.
- Coordination with OHC staff regarding medicine and other necessary requirements.
- Maintain excel for the vendor payments and other expense/requirements related to OHC’s.
- Able to execute nursing attendance related work.
- Arrange relievers for OHC whenever required.
- Able to deliver training of nurses if required.
