Dr Parag R. Rindani has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare (NABH), Quality Council of India (QCI).
Rindani brings more than three decades of experience in healthcare leadership, quality, accreditation and patient safety. In his new role, he will contribute to strengthening NABH’s efforts to advance quality and patient safety standards across the country.
Announcing his new role, Rindani said the position represents an opportunity to contribute to a national cause by taking the principles of patient safety and quality healthcare to the grassroots and helping make safe and quality care accessible to citizens.
He also expressed gratitude to Wockhardt Hospitals Ltd, where he spent a significant part of his professional career. He acknowledged the experiences, challenges, learnings and professional relationships that shaped his journey.
Rindani said he looks forward to bringing his experience to NABH and working with the teams at NABH and QCI towards strengthening quality, safety and trust in Indian healthcare.
