Park Group of Hospitals has appointed Dr Rajesh Nair as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as the healthcare group looks to strengthen its leadership and further enhance operational and strategic performance.
Extensive healthcare leadership experience
Dr Nair has more than 26 years of experience spanning hospital administration, business operations, strategic planning, service excellence and organisational growth. His career includes leadership roles across both private healthcare and the Armed Forces Medical Services.
Previous leadership roles
Before joining Park Group of Hospitals, Dr Nair served as CEO of Smita Memorial Hospital and Research Centre and as Medical Superintendent at Yatharth Super Speciality Hospitals. His experience includes managing hospital operations, improving service delivery and driving organisational performance.
Focus on operational excellence and growth
In his new position, Dr Nair will focus on strengthening operational excellence, strategic initiatives and sustainable organisational growth. His experience in healthcare administration is expected to support the group’s efforts to improve efficiency and patient-centric services.
Clinical and management qualifications
Dr Nair holds an MBBS, Master of Hospital Administration (MHA) and MBA. His combination of clinical education and management expertise brings together medical understanding with healthcare and business leadership.
