Max Healthcare has announced the appointment of Siddharth Nigam as Vice President and Unit Head. Before taking on this role, Nigam was associated with Fortis Hospital, Greater Noida, where he served for over 11 years and held several key leadership positions, most recently as Facility Director.
In his new capacity, he will be responsible for driving clinical excellence, enhancing patient experience, improving operational performance, strengthening financial outcomes, and promoting a culture of collaboration and high performance across the organisation.
Nigam holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Laxminarayan Innovation Technological University and an MBA in Marketing from Apeejay School of Management. His extensive experience in hospital administration and healthcare leadership is expected to contribute significantly to Max Healthcare’s growth and service excellence initiatives.
