Backed by more than two decades of combined experience in healthcare administration, planning, quality, and management, the founders transformed an innovative idea into one of India’s emerging healthcare consultancy organizations.

In May 2025, TISHHA Cares successfully organized the Divisional Level Nightingale Quiz Competition, bringing together nursing students and educators to encourage academic excellence and professional growth. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from nursing institutions and served as a platform for knowledge enhancement among future healthcare professionals.
Further strengthening its contribution to nursing education, TISHHA Cares organized the National Conference on Nursing Excellence and Leadership in July 2025 at Lucknow. The prestigious event attracted nursing educators, faculty members, administrators, and healthcare professionals from across the country. The conference was graced by Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister and Health Minister Brajesh Pathak as the Chief Guest, highlighting the significance of nursing leadership and excellence in healthcare delivery.
The organization also conducted several Nursing Principal Meets, where academic leaders discussed challenges, opportunities, and innovations in nursing education.
