Gangasheel Hospital, in collaboration with NephroPlus, organized a Free Nephrology Health Check-up and Consultation Camp on July 04 (Saturday) to commemorate the birth anniversary of Late Dr. N. K. Gupta, Chairman of Gangasheel Group of Hospital and Institutions, a visionary physician and founder whose dedication to healthcare continues to inspire generations.
The camp was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Prem Mohan Jha (DrNB – Nephrology) and was exclusively organized for NephroPlus dialysis patients. Free consultations and investigations, including Hemoglobin (Hb), Total Cholesterol, TSH, and Viral Marker tests, were provided to the beneficiaries.
The health camp witnessed an overwhelming response from patients and achieved the following milestones:
- 69 patients attended the Nephrology OPD for specialist consultation.
- 53 patients availed free diagnostic investigations.
- 22 dialysis sessions were successfully conducted during the camp.
The initiative was organized as a tribute to the enduring legacy of Late Dr. N. K. Gupta, reflecting his vision of accessible and compassionate healthcare. Hospital officials stated that such community-focused healthcare initiatives will continue to ensure quality nephrology services reach those in need.
The camp concluded successfully with patients expressing appreciation for the free consultations, investigations, and comprehensive kidney care services provided by the medical team.
