TISHHA Cares, the CSR initiative of TISHHA Consultants LLP, in collaboration with Samarpan Institute of Nursing & Paramedical Sciences (SINPS), with TNAI UP as associate partner, QAI as knowledge partner and powered by EDME Insurance Brokers successfully hosted the National Conference on Nursing Excellence & Leadership 2025 at the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Scientific Convention Center, Lucknow on July 13th. More than 1,300 nursing students, professionals, academicians, and leaders attended.
Shri Brajesh Pathak, Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister & Health Minister of Uttar Pradesh, lauded nurses as the backbone of healthcare and expressed readiness for policy changes to uplift the sector. He also presented awards to winners of Quiz, Poster, Presentation, and Scholarship competitions, with top prizes of ₹51,000 each to Shrishti (GNM) and Priyanka Solanki (B.Sc.).
The inaugural session featured Dr. Hem Chandra as Chief Guest, with Mrs. Kumudini Mishra as Guest of Honour. Academic sessions covered innovations, simulation training, research culture, career pathways, digitalization, and competency-based education, led by speakers like , Dr. Dipti Shukla (Principal Samarpan Institute of Nursing and Paramedical Scineces), Dr. Vincy Ashok Tribhuvan (Vice President Nursing Administration, CARE Group of Hospitals), Dr. Rashmi P. John College of Nursing (KGMU), Dr. Shubhangi R Jadhav (Nursing Head, MGM Hospital), Dr. Jasmi Manu Principal/Dean, College of Nursing, Rama University), Mrs. Precila Fernandes (Director Nurisng, Medanta Hospital), Mrs. Bhawna Verma (Nursing Officer, VMMC & Safdarjung Hospital) along with chairpersons.
Lifetime Achievement Awards were conferred on Dr. Hem Chandra and Major General (Retd.) Sushila Shahi. Mr. Pradeep Gangwar (Nursing Superintendent of KGMU) was also present in the event.
TISHHA’s leadership team Mr. Manish Vaishnav, Mrs. Sugandh Khandelwal, along with Mr. Pramod Panigrahi and Mr. Mushahid Rafat and colleagues coordinated the landmark event with immense success.
